Terms of service

Last updated September 1, 2026. Welcome to LeadWard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of theleadward.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by LeadWard LLC (“LeadWard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

Our Services
LeadWard provides lead-generation and digital marketing services to home-service businesses. Our services may include lead generation, digital advertising, marketing campaigns, lead acquisition, lead qualification, lead delivery, campaign management, marketing strategy, reporting and analytics, and other related marketing services. The specific services provided to each business may vary based on the agreement between LeadWard and the business.

No Guaranteed Results
LeadWard works to generate leads and opportunities for clients, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, appointments, or return on investment. Marketing performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, advertising platforms, consumer demand, geographic location, industry, pricing, and the client’s sales process. Any examples, projections, testimonials, case studies, or previous results are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future performance.

Client Responsibilities
Businesses using LeadWard’s services are responsible for providing accurate information about their company, services, service areas, offers, and other information necessary for LeadWard to perform its services. Clients are responsible for responding to leads in a timely manner, following up appropriately, providing accurate business information, maintaining required licenses or certifications, complying with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining appropriate insurance where required, and handling customers and leads professionally. LeadWard is not responsible for a client’s inability or failure to convert leads into customers.

Fees and Payment
LeadWard may charge for services through monthly retainers, per-lead fees, and other fees agreed upon between LeadWard and the client. Pricing and payment terms will be communicated before services begin. By purchasing LeadWard’s services, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the agreed payment terms.

Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LeadWard’s monthly services may be canceled at any time. To cancel your services, contact Admin@theleadward.com. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but does not eliminate payment obligations for services or leads already provided. Any unpaid balances remain due following cancellation.

Lead Quality
LeadWard makes reasonable efforts to generate leads that meet criteria agreed upon with the client. However, we do not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or that every lead will respond to contact attempts. Lead quality and volume may vary based on advertising performance, consumer demand, competition, seasonality, geographic market, and other factors. If a specific lead replacement or credit policy applies to your account, those terms will be provided separately.

Advertising Platforms
LeadWard may use third-party advertising platforms, websites, software, and technology to provide services. These may include Google, Meta, and other advertising or marketing services. LeadWard does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes to their policies, algorithms, pricing, availability, advertising approvals, account restrictions, outages, or other actions.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including LeadWard’s branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, processes, systems, and other materials, is owned by LeadWard or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit LeadWard’s proprietary materials without written permission.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Website or LeadWard’s services to violate applicable law; commit fraud or deceptive practices; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the Website or services; introduce malicious software; copy or scrape Website content without permission; misrepresent your business or identity; or use LeadWard’s services for unlawful purposes. LeadWard reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Disclaimer
LeadWard provides its Website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We also do not guarantee any particular marketing result, lead volume, lead conversion rate, revenue amount, or return on investment.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadWard LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our Website or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadWard’s total liability relating to services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to LeadWard during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadWard LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms or applicable laws, business operations, products or services, interactions with leads or customers, or misuse of information obtained through our services.

Termination
LeadWard may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity, create a risk to LeadWard or others, or continued service is otherwise impractical. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with any written agreement, proposal, order, invoice, or other agreement between LeadWard and a client, constitute the agreement between the parties regarding applicable services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement, the written agreement will control with respect to the conflicting provision.
